Types of Rubber Products We are specialist in the manufacturing of rubber technical products, obtained under processes of extrusion, press and injection for several uses. We also offer preformed, flocked profiles and rubber pieces with metal inserts. Profiles can be made of solid or sponge rubber. Extrusiones S.A. counts on formulations with different hardness, materials and properties for multiple industrial applications.

Our flocked gaskets are used on applications that require appropriate performance against friction, outstanding grip and easy sliping on car side windows. They look nice and are pleasant to touch.			Profiles can come in lengths or spliced gaskets. Several hardness (between 40 – 90 Shore A) and multiple geometries, such as tapes and hoses, are available. These can be molded pieces or pre molded extruded profiles. Depending on final use, they can be made of different kinds of rubbers.


Are foams that come in various forms (tapes, hoses and other geometries). Adhesive tapes can lead if required. Widely used for its ability to seal and cushion.			Pieces can be obtained by hot press molding or injection and can come in different colors, shapes, hardness and materials.


Extrusion is a process in which rubber is pushed or drawn through a die or tooling of the desired cross section. It forms finished profiles with the desired lengths.			They can be used in washing machines and as parts for the automotive industry.
