Extrusiones S.A. offers pressed or injected gaskets, extruded profiles and o-rings with vulcanized splicing, all of them with sharp technology.
For concrete pipe, we guarantee achieving the physico mechanical properties required by NTC 1328 Standard regarding compounds used for producing couplings and gaskets. Likewise, our seals are certified under Resolution 1166 issued by ICONTEC.
Our compounds have the appropriate chemicals resistance to be in touch with sewage water. Besides, they do not content any of the substances considered to be noxious and that are regulated for their use in water aqueduct, such as arsenic, chrome, plumb, mercury, etc.
For plastic pipe, our gaskets are certified under ICONTEC for complying with NTC 2536 standard (based on ASTM F477).
Even more, they are certified under standard ISO 4633 “Rubber Seals – Joint rings for water supply, drainage and sewerage pipelines specification for materials”, which has international reach.
