For quality control and assurance throughout the value chain, we have highly qualified personnel who provide comprehensive support with defined assurance protocols, such as:
Control of raw materials, working hand in hand with our SUPPLIERS who guarantee reliable products and timely deliveries.
Paste quality assurance, we have a laboratory equipped for the verification of physical-mechanical properties that guarantee the requirements of our customers and efficiencies in the production processes.
Quality assurance throughout the value chain, implementing the UADDPL methodology (control of units, finish, density, dimensions, weight and length), thus guaranteeing a specification product to customers and timely intervention in the process in case of any abnormality.
Quality assurance with testing technology, such as: measuring instruments, POKA YOKES, standard samples, production sheets and standards, which allow us to provide our operating personnel with working tools to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Even more important, committed to serving our customers, our Quality Management follows a defined work protocol for the management of complaints such as the receipt of the Non-Conformity, analysis, identification of the causes, elaboration of the action plan, verification, follow-up and evaluation of the effectiveness with the customer, which allows us to correct and grow in an integral way.
